Information the application processes
The inspected source stores selected photo copies, titles, item identifiers, creation dates, protection settings and ordering locally. Titles and image content are encrypted with CryptoKit AES-GCM. Item identifiers, dates, protection flags and ordering are stored separately as metadata.
Storage and backups
The source uses the Application Support/Pocket directory, complete file protection and backup exclusion. Per-image keys use the iOS Keychain with device-only accessibility. Protected keys require system authentication. Backup, restoration and device behavior still require release-device verification.
Photo access
The system PhotosPicker imports only selected images. ImageIO creates a still PNG copy up to 4096 pixels on its longest edge, without copying EXIF/location metadata. Originals in Photos are unchanged. This is photo storage, not a PDF/document manager or QR scanner.
Sharing and network access
No app-owned networking, analytics, advertising or external SDK integration was found in the inspected Swift source. User-initiated sharing passes a copy through the iOS share sheet to the chosen app. Recipient apps and Photos/iCloud follow their own policies. Runtime network observations remain pending.
System services
The app uses Apple PhotosUI, CryptoKit, Keychain and LocalAuthentication. It does not receive facial templates, fingerprints or the device passcode. Reassess the final binary and privacy manifest before submission.
Deletion and recovery
The deletion path removes the item record, attempts encrypted-file removal and deletes the Keychain key. Some cleanup errors are ignored by the current code; failure-path testing is required before promising complete deletion. App removal, device loss or unavailable keys can permanently lose access. Keep originals elsewhere. Shared copies must be managed separately.
Contact and website scope
Contact [email protected] for support or privacy questions. Email correspondence supplies the sender address and message content; hosting/email providers, retention, request handling and applicable rights must be documented before this policy becomes effective. This app draft does not constitute a complete website privacy notice.
Approval status
Source review: 3 November 2026, version 1.0 build 3. Effective date not set. Physical-device checks, release binary validation and final legal approval remain outstanding.
